| Job Description | This is a contract position with the following details: Duration: Start Date: ASAP QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES REFERRAL & ASSESSMENT £26.00 Per Hour Our Client in East London is looking to recruit a Hard working reliable Social Worker for the referral and assessment team. You will need to combine your professional experience, knowledge and skills to deliver a coordinated package of support that is focused around the children or young people involved, aimed at meeting their needs and ultimately improving their lives. Candidates will be responsible for taking all referrals, undertaking initial and core assessments and S47 enquiries, to work on Duty, undertake Initial Assessments, and possibly work on some Child Protection cases. To be considered you must have a proven track record within a Children & Families Team, up-to-date knowledge on current legislation. GSCC registration, valid enhanced CRB and references covering the last 5 years are all also required.
