| Job Description | Night Support Worker: Southampton
Due to continued growth within this organisation, a Residential Care Home in Southampton is looking for a Night Support Worker to join their Southampton team. The Night Support Worker in Southampton will provide valuable support and direction to adults with learning disabilities including autism, epilepsy and severe challenging behaviour. As a Night Support Worker you will work in a residential setting for adults with various forms of learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will have relevant experience working in a similar role and will ideally be qualified to NVQ 2 level in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, although applicants without this qualification will still be considered should they possess positive attitude and self-motivation. Full training and support will be given to candidates who can demonstrate full commitment and loyalty to the company. In addition you will also have the opportunity to continue with your personal development as this organisation actively assist their staff to improve their knowledge and further their careers at every opportunity. This position is 37.5 hours a week on a rota based system and includes some weekend work.
