A Registered Manager is required for an adults residential home based in Birmingham paying between 35-40k.

Your new company
An established organisation based in north Birmingham requires a Registered Manager for a 30+ bed home. The service provides support and care for an elderly service with dementia. The organisation is passionate about the service it provides and sets out values which they implement across all their service areas.

Your new role
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the management of the care home from operational process and practices, staff performance and the residents. You will be required to monitor the effective running of the home in line with legal requirements and CQC. As the Registered Manager you will need to maintain strong communication through the home, but also when liaising with senior managers and head office.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you need to have a NVQ level 4 or equivalent and have a working knowledge of CQC and the care standards.
