Your new company You will be working for an outstanding charity in the Stockport area who provide a number of services based on the individual needs of the children and their families. The organisation has recently renovated and expanded their home and subsequently a number of temp-to-perm contracts have become available. Your new role As a children's Support Worker you will be responsible for safeguarding the service users, providing physical and emotional support, following the organisations policies and procedures whilst working collaboratively within a team. Your new role will require you to work a range of early and late shifts and provide detailed handovers to the following shift. What you'll need to succeed To succeed at achieving this role of children's Support Worker you will require an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or previous experience working with children within a similar environment. To ensure your ongoing success within this role a passion for providing care and support to children is essential.
