Your new company Located in a West Hull village, your new employer provides bespoke care to adults with learning disabilities in small units that promote independent living. Your new role Working alongside a well established team, you will be required to provide additional support and personal care. Frequent trips run at the weekend and you will be required to accompany residents on these outings. Typical shifts patterns available are 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. What you'll need to succeed With an NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care; ideally a Level 3 qualification; you will have at least 2 years experience of working as a support worker with adults with learning disabilities or mental health issues. Good team work and communication skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative will be essential. Due to the location and nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is advantageous.
