Your new role As deputy manager you will support the registered manager in the day to day operational running of a 25 bedded care home. You will lead and coordinate a team of care staff, ensuring that residents receive the highest possible standards of care and support in line with CQC standards and company expectations. What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience leading a team of care staff within a relevant social care setting. You will be required to have a strong understanding of CQC standards and experience providing front line care and support to vulnerable adults. You will hold or be willing to work towards and NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
