Your new company An established national care providers who offer a range of support services for people with learning disabilities and additional care and support needs. They are currently looking to appoint a registered service manager to oversee their supported living services within the Sheffield area. Your new role As the Service Manager you will lead and support a team of care staff overseeing a cluster of supported living services which provide person centred support to adults with learning disabilities. You will manage and deliver outstanding services that meet CQC regulations and company expectations. What you'll need to succeed Candidates for this role will preferably hold a minimum NVQ Level 4 in Social Care or equivalent. You must have proven experience at management level. You must have extensive experience working with vulnerable people and an in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing services which a regulated by these standards.
