Registered Service Manager
Adults – Learning Disabilities

A specialist care provider who offer a range of services for people with learning disabilities, autism and additional care and support needs. They are currently looking to appoint a registered service manager to oversee their supported living services within the Leeds area.

Your new role

As the Registered Service Manager you will lead and support a team of care staff overseeing a cluster of supported living services which provide person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. You must be experienced in leading good practice and developing excellence in service. You will ensure that service users receive the highest possible standard of care and support in line with company expectations and CQC standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates for this role will preferably hold a minimum NVQ Level 4 in Social Care or equivalent. You must have proven experience at management level. You must have an in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing services which a regulated by these standards.
