Your new company A forward thinking and progressive charity based in Hereford that provide care for adults with Mental health needs. They have opened a new residential home to look after short to medium term placements, with one other residential home currently looking after long term placements this is a brand new venture. Your new role The Registered manager job is an exciting one for the right person. This is a chance to open and run a brand new home and make it yours. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home whilst making the home financially viable for the charity. You will lead a staff team, look after referrals, CQC compliance, assessments and vacancies. What you'll need to succeed You need to have experience of managing an adults residential home and knowledge within Mental health is really important. An NVQ level 5, RMA or equivalent is essential and a nursing PIN is highly desirable.
