Your new company You will be working for a specialist home that is ran by a large provider within the Social Care sector. The company is constantly expanding and therefore career progression within the company is achievable depending on your career goals. Your new role You will be working as part of a team on a rota basis with 12 hour shifts and 1 sleep per week. You will support young people between the ages of 11 to 16 that have LD/ Physical disabilities/ Challenging behaviours/ autism in all aspects of their daily lives. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you would have your Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce or be willing to work towards this. You will have previous experience within this type of setting. Ideally you will hold a full British driving license. You will receive an hourly rate that is dependant on your qualification and this will increase the more training and development you undertake.
