Your new company
You will be working for a well-established organisation who provide a range of placements for service users aged 13-25 with mental health problems and complex and challenging needs. They offer a recovery model of care through regular multi-agency reviews and the involvement of the service users, their carers and commissioners.
Your new role
Your duties will include supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the compliance of all organisation policies and procedures, specifically safeguarding of young people and duty of care to staff including appropriate training and appraisals, rotas, holidays, absences whilst supporting the service users through their treatment plans and the staff through their development plans.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within this role an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification) alongside experience supervising and managing staff within a residential setting is essential. Knowledge and skills related to the role, report writing, managing of staff budgets and resources, awareness of child protection and development, will aid your ongoing success.
