Their services include Supported living, Residential care homes & respite care with the approach of building a tailored service giving friends & family the reassurance their loved ones are in good hands. Your new role As a Support Worker you will be friendly & have a can do attitude. You will be working 37.5 hours per week with a mix of early & late shifts. You will help support the residents so they can get the best out of life. Previous experience is not essential for this role, as you will be enrolled on to a 4 day induction training programme with ongoing support. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed as a Support Worker, you will need be caring & passionate about the people you support, you will be good at building relationships & you will have strong communication skills. A Driving Licence with access to a car is preferred but not essential. You will be working flexible hours with some weekends. Previous experience is not essential as training will be given.
