Your new company You’ll be working for Hays Social Care who are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant jobs to work in the Littlehampton area with a variety of different homes. These services support elderly residents, learning disabilities and mental health. Your new role You will be working with a variety of service users from elderly to learning disabilities, working to care plans and writing daily notes and reports. You will report any concerns about the service user’s health to your manager and healthcare professionals. You will participate in residents meetings and work within teams to safeguard residents and create an inclusive and friendly environment. You will be working to support service users in personal care and assist with social activities. What you'll need to succeed You will have worked within social care for the last 2 years and must be able to develop good relationships with residents and colleagues. You must also be comfortable with delivering all aspects of personal care to service users. What you'll get in return You will be working on a temporary basis and be paid weekly. You will have the flexibility to work part time or full time hours over a range of shifts.
