Your new role You will be a key member of the team providing support and care to young children with emotional, behavioural and challenging behaviour. You will be building good relationships with both service users and their families. You will be planning goals and encouraging living as independently as possible. What you'll need to succeed You will be a patient and caring individual that has had previous experience working with challenging behaviour. You will be able to adapt to the nature of those that you are supporting as well as becoming a valued member of the team. You will need a full UK Driving License and have been driving for a minimum of three years. Flexibility to a shift and rota system.
