Your new company Hays Social Care offers supply staff to a number of supported living sites and care homes across the UK. With the opening of our new team in Exeter we are looking to appoint a number of support workers to work alongside a specialist consultant offering shift work, cover and bank staff to centres catering to adults with learning difficulties. Your new role As a member of the Hays team you will provide care and support of the highest quality to adults with learning difficulties of all ages. You will follow company procedure for safeguarding following your safeguard training and adapts the support you provide in line with each settings own policies. Using you experience working with adults with learning difficulties you will ensure that all people in your care have access to the highest quality support, equality and diversity. What you'll need to succeed NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Social Care is essential. applicants without the relevant qualification will not be shortlisted for interview. Own transport is also essential as placements will be across various sites.
