Your new role
As a support worker you’ll be helping with feeding, personal care and preparing meals. You will encourage the residents to participate in day-to-day activities whilst promoting their independence. You’ll be working in a stimulating and rewarding environment for a company that really values its people.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role you will ideally have an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Children and Young People, experience of working within a residential setting and a desire for helping improve children's lives. You will need to be motivated and passionate about helping people whilst delivering direct support to residents and their family.
