Your new company
In your new organisation, you will be working as a Support Worker alongside a client who passionately believe in the significance of their work, and strive on providing a positive impact to the lives of their service users and their loved ones.
The organisation provides care to clients who may need support for learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia or mental health needs.
Your new role
You will be working as a support worker, working with people to help them develop their independence, claim appropriate benefits, and develop daily living skills. This might be through one to one support or by linking to other sources of support.
You will be ensuring their care plans are followed and updated as required, ensuring accurate support is provided on a daily bases. The shifts you will be doing will be flexible depending on the client and skills of the applicant.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role as a Support Worker, you would have gained relevant experience as a Support Worker. You will be passionate, hard-working and be able to use your initiative. If you have completed your NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care then it is a bonus to your application but not a necessity.
