Your new company
You will be working on a temporary, flexible shift basis for a valued client in Hull. The residential home supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and some challenging behaviour.
Your new role
You will be supporting the residents with personal care, therapy, social and educational activities whilst promoting independent living where and if possible.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will be motivated and able to use their initiative. You must have experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being enthusiastic, professional and hard-working is essential as well as being able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of the residents.
