The Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care (SPPC) have issued a call for posters for their annual conference taking place in Edinburgh this September.
If you are you involved in an interesting project or in an area of work that you would like to discuss with or show to others in Scotland with an interest in palliative care, you are encouraged to get involved.
The annual poster exhibition is an essential part of learning and sharing best practice at the conference. Last year's exhibition showcased 36 posters, sharing a variety of work from across Scotland.
If you are interested in presenting a poster to be part of the exhibition, you must complete a poster proposal form and email it to email@example.com by Monday 21 August 2017. The poster proposal form can be downloaded here: form
Those bringing a poster to the conference should also be prepared to give a brief five-minute presentation on their poster should it win the People’s Poster Vote on the day.
The SPPC Annual Conference takes place on Wednesday 20th September 2017 at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh.
All those attending in any capacity to present a poster or set up and exhibit must register as a conference delegate and pay a delegate fee. You will be informed by the end of August whether or not your application has been successful. Posters must be A0 size and displayed in portrait orientation. (841mm x 1189mm).
