You will be working for an established National Care provider, with a large portfolio of nursing and residential Care Homes for elderly people.
Your new role
As Business Development Manager, you will have a wide remit across the organisation. Working within the Care Homes, you will support the organisation with business development and growth, ensuring commercial viability alongside high quality service delivery within the Homes. You will manage and develop a wide variety of stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role within a Social Care setting (i.e. Area Support Manager; Peripatetic Manager; Operations Manager). You will have experience as a multi-site manager and a track record of managing high performing services. Commercial acumen and effective stakeholder management ability are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the organisation with credibility.
