Your new company You will be joining a well respected local care provider who have recently expanded their provision in the East Yorkshire area. This small company provide bespoke care packages across their services in medium sized units. Your new role You will be responsible for the management of a medium sized unit in Bridlington that provides care for elderly residents with dementia. Through leading by example you will be in charge of ensuring that CQC and SHE standards are adhered to, staff are trained and line managed effectively, reviews and reports on clients are maintained and accurately kept. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that senior staff are competent and trained in medication administration. What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 5 Management qualified or willingness to work towards, you will have held a senior position in a similar care setting for at least 2 years. Enthusiastic and driven to provide the best standards of care, you will be passionate about working with the clients. You have the confidence to manage a team of staff and can lead through example. You will have a solid understanding of the demands of the CQC and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a large caseload of clients and the maintaining accurate records.
