Your new company A leading company are recruiting for a number of support workers to work on a long term basis to support adults with mild learning difficulties. You will be working within a homely supported living setting supporting 5 adults with learning disabilities, offering you the opportunity for a rewarding career supporting others. You will be working within a dedicated and supportive team. -You will receive a free DBS -Consistent, long term work -Rota completed a month in advance -Full time and part time vacancies Your new role Within this job you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities within their supported living settings. You will work closely with the residents to provide support with daily activities, accessing the community, budgeting and emotional support. There a number of roles for both full time and part time positions. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience working within support work or care. You will ideally previously have experience working with learning disabilities, although this is not essential. Above all a passion to work within Social care is something that is highly sought after. You will need to be a car driver.
