You will work with service users with a range of support needs, including substance misuse, homelessness and mental health issues. You will work with them to risk assess, budget and plan as well as signpost to other agencies for support. If you have experience of working with vulnerable groups, managing a caseload and writing effective risk assessments and support plans this is a great opportunity for you. Working 37 hours per week on a rota Monday-Sunday it's essential you are a driver and have your own car as the role will take be based int eh community. This is ongoing work with guaranteed hours for the next 4-6 months. An hourly rate of up to £11 per hour plus mileage/expenses.
